• Submit RFQ through our easy-to-follow online form and upload all images
• Acknowledgement of RFQ will be sent to your given email address after submission
• The status and summary of your RFQ are shown in the member's area

• We will issue a quotation by email after we review your RFQ. You can also view the quotation under the RFQ & Quotation section in the member's area
• Before accepting the quote, you have the chance to select the items shown in the quotation you want us to proceed
• Accept the quote by clicking the "Accept Quote" button

• After accepting the quote, our system will calculate if you have sufficient prepaid package to start the order
• If you have sufficient amount, you just need to re-confirm your order
• If you don't have enough amounts, you will then be re-directed to payment method page
• All online payment will be required to make via PayPal. (You don't have to be a PayPal member to settle the payment. Payment can also be made by major Credit Cards or Wire Transfer)

• Once the payment has been settled, you will need to provide the necessary information on our website or download the "Drawing Information Sheet" form and return by email.

• The drawings are principally completed at this stage. We will submit the drawings in PDF format for preliminary review
• This is the chance to make final changes to the drawings without extra cost

• All drawings are completed and will be delivered by email or FTP download upon request
• Any revision of drawings means a new order and need to run through the above steps again
